A 12-month paid internship in the Global Markets Distribution team. The role is for ambitious students to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, financial markets, and client advisory. Interns will shadow experienced professionals, analyze market data, contribute to client solutions, and build relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

• Shadow sales and trading professionals
• Support the team in creating presentations and market updates
• Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for clients

Qualifications

• In the penultimate year, final year, or a recent graduate (within 1 year) of an Honours or Masters degree in STEM subjects, Finance, or Economics
• Strong academic performance
• Genuine interest in financial markets and client-facing roles
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and works well in teams
• Commercial mindset and client-centric approach
• Knowledge of South African financial markets is an advantage
